• Verifying your payment and account status
• Ensuring account security and preventing unauthorized access
• Sending notifications about content updates

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Your data is only accessible to you and authorized PrePora administrators.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including Firebase Authentication, encrypted storage, and secure cloud databases to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

5. Account Security

PrePora monitors login activity to protect your account. If suspicious activity is detected (such as multiple device logins), your account may be temporarily blocked for security. Contact Support to restore access.

6. AI Assistant

Your conversations with the AI Tutor are stored in your account to maintain chat history. This data is not shared with anyone else. AI responses are generated and may not always be accurate.

7. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and data, Contact Support.

8. Children's Privacy

PrePora is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
